When you are discharged, our qualified staff will be there for you. We will resume your care once you are back home.

What type of insurance do you accept?

What cities do you cover?

We visit patients at Dallas-Fortworth Metropolitan, Houston Metroplex, and soon to open in San Antonio. Please call our office at +1 (972) 734-5400 if you have a referral outside these cities.

How fast is your turn around time?

We guarantee you a 24-72 hours turn-around time for any necessary documents.

Do you sign plan of care?

Yes, since all of our physicians are Medicare accredited.
